Mustapha Dieng
Expert-Accounting Graduate
& Auditor
With several years of experience in accounting, auditing, finance and governance, I practiced at the crossroads of numerical and digital technologies.
Particular attention is paid to digital transformation and artificial intelligence applied to accounting and financial professions. Through this blog Baobizz, I propose — without any political or partisan position — social, economic and institutional analyses on Africa in general and Senegal in particular, in an independent, factual and analytical approach, aimed at informing the discussions and promoting a better understanding of contemporary issues.
Economic and financial analyses, reflections on governance, modernization of accounting and auditing practices in the context of rapid technological change.
Development of AI solutions specifically designed for the digit trades: automation, reliability of financial information, decision support.
Economic, social and institutional problems of the continent. An independent, factual approach without ideological posture or partisan commitment.
To popularize, transmit and value Africa's historical heritage to nurture collective reflection and raise awareness among younger generations.
A space for reflection,
andsharing
The Baobizz blog was designed as a space for reflection, analysis and sharing, intended for accounting, auditing and finance professionals, as well as for leaders, decision makers, students and readers interested in better understanding the economic, institutional and social dynamics at work on the African continent.
The diversity of topics covered reflects a constant intellectual curiosity and interest in various fields: accounting, audit, finance, economics, history, sociology, politics, culture and technology. This transversality allows us to offer a global and nuanced vision of contemporary issues.
My ambition is not to deliver certainties or impose a truth. The published content expresses personal opinions, formulated with respect for freedom of expression, with the aim of opening the debate, fuelling reflection and suggesting ways of improving them in our contexts.
Some publications can take the form of satirical narratives or parodys, allowing complex issues to be addressed with a critical, distancing and accessible look, while maintaining a constructive approach.
« Each publication is an invitation to dialogue, in a spirit of frank, respectful and constructive exchange. »
