Rearming Europe, disarming peace: the continent's great strategic shift

We are not only in a phase of « return from war » ; We are in a phase of political, budgetary, industrial and media normalization of preparation for war. It's not exactly the same thing. The first is a strategic finding: the international order is more conflicting.
