DECIDOR FINANCE 360 — Take orders from the Financial Directorate
This interactive game puts the participant in the position of a financial manager faced with the daily arbitrage of a company: treasury, profitability, banking relationship, customer credit, taxation, audit, internal control, fraud, investment, reporting, governance, cybersecurity, insurance, closing accounts and distribution policy.
The educational objective is to show that each financial decision produces cross-effects: a decision that favours turnover can degrade the need for working capital; an apparent economy can increase risk; poor banking communication can weaken access to finance. The player follows five indicators throughout the game: cash, profitability, satisfaction, risk and banking relationship.
The module has 30 scenarios, an expert mode with advanced indicators, automatic banking events and three possible purposes depending on the overall quality of the decisions taken.
