Smart module for preparing the accounting review dossier from scales N and N-1.

Purpose of the module
This tool was designed to assist the digit professional in structuring his audit work according to an operational, progressive and documented logic. Using the N and N-1 scales, the module automates the comparative analysis of balances, the mapping of cycles, the preparation of the work programme, the preparation of worksheets and the generation of a final review dossier.

1. What the module does

Import of scales	Loading scales in Excel, CSV or TXT format for N and N-1.
Comparative analysis	Automatic comparison of balances, identification of changes, new accounts and closed accounts.
Cycle mapping	Automatic allocation of accounts by revision cycles according to SYSCOHADA logic.
Programme of work	Proposal for a cycle-based diligence programme with progress monitoring.
Worksheets	Structure of work, risks, findings and conclusions by cycle.
Smart alerts	Detection of sensitive variations, atypical balances and areas requiring increased attention.
Final file	Generation of a general synthesis with export Word, Excel and HTML.

2. Procedure

Inform folder settings
Indicate the name of the client, exercise N, exercise N-1 and, if necessary, the name of the file manager.
Click on « Validate and continue »
The module then opens the import space of the scales.
Import scales N and N-1
Select the files for both exercises. Supported formats are Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV (.csv) and text (.txt).
Click on « Check imported files »
The module controls the reading of data, displays a summary and provides an overview of the first lines loaded.
Click on « Launch Analysis »
The tool automatically performs comparative analysis of balances between N and N-1.
Show cycles
The accounts are broken down into review cycles. A first risk assessment can be calculated automatically.
Browse the programme of work
For each cycle, check the actual diligences performed to track the progress of the file.
Complete Worksheets
Enter the objectives, risks, work performed, anomalies and manual conclusions. Some leaves are specialized by nature of cycle.
Generate the final folder
The module consolidates the conclusions, alerts and general synthesis of the dossier.
Export or print
The final file can be printed or exported in the proposed formats.

3. Recommendations for use

Use clean, structured and consistent scales before importation.
Check the quality of labels and account numbers to improve automatic mapping.
Monitor classified accounts « not affected » and, if necessary, complete the analysis manually.
Do not consider alerts as definitive conclusions, but as signs of orientation of work.
Systematically document important findings in the worksheets in order to make the final dossier reliable.
