HR 360 — Immersive simulator of the profession of Human Resources Manager
This module is designed as an interactive training and a professional role play. It places the reader in the position of a Human Resources Manager responsible for managing the concrete situations of a large company: recruitment, pay, conflict, discipline, occupational health, social dialogue, diversity, transformation, HR crisis and strategic leadership.
The goal is not only to answer questions, but to learn to reason as a HR professional: to analyze facts, measure risks, arbitrate between law, performance and human responsibility, and then make an argumented decision.
How to use the module?
-
Start with the button « Modules ».
The modules constitute the training part. They allow to acquire the basics of the profession before dealing with practical cases. The first module is accessible immediately. The following are gradually released after validation. -
Read the teaching sheet carefully.
Each sheet explains a dimension of the HR trade. It should not be read as a simple definition, but as a professional reasoning grid: what are the risks, the right reflexes, the mistakes to avoid and the actors to associate? -
Use the checklist as a decision tool.
The checklist summarizes the operational control points. It is used to verify that you have thought about the main elements before answering the quiz or processing a scenario. -
Validate the module quiz.
Each module has 5 questions. The quiz is used to verify understanding. In case of failure, read the teaching sheet again. The aim is to gradually build professional reflexes. -
Then go to the scenarios.
Scenarios are situations. You must choose the answer that seems to you the most professional. Each choice changes the score and gauges: compliance, social climate, employee confidence, management confidence, budget control, managerial quality, safety and ethics. -
Observe the consequences of your decisions.
A good HR decision is not just a quick decision. It must be legally secure, humanly responsible, socially acceptable and operationally realistic. -
Check the dashboard regularly.
The dashboard allows you to track your progress, your overall score, validated modules, scenarios played and the evolution of HR gauges. -
Complete with the final evaluation.
The final evaluation synthesizes your HR Manager profile: mastery level, strengths, vigilance zones and progress recommendations.
Tips for a better experience
Follow the modules in order, then play the scenarios. This method is suitable for educational use or structured training.
Go straight to the scenarios to test your reflexes, then go back to the modules to consolidate poorly controlled notions.
The module can serve as self-training for anyone wishing to understand the responsibilities of an HR position in a large organization.
The module can be used in HR workshop, management training or seminar, with collective discussion after each scenario.
Important: This simulator is an educational tool. It does not replace legal advice, a comprehensive HR analysis or the opinion of a social law specialist. The proposed situations are used to generate professional reasoning, decision-making prudence and arbitration capacity.
